A leading company in Calgary seeks a Manager for Regulatory, Land & Environment to oversee compliance and stakeholder engagement. This role requires leadership in regulatory matters and a commitment to fostering relationships with Indigenous communities and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have extensive industry experience and a strong educational background in a relevant field, ensuring operational goals are met while maintaining compliance with environmental laws.
Located out of our Calgary office, the Manager will report to the Vice President, Operations. The Manager, Regulatory, Land & Environment manages a team of professional regulatory, land and environment experts that ensure existing assets, new projects, and ongoing operations and maintenance activities are compliant and support operational goals. The role is also responsible for ensuring all environmental incidents are managed and addressed in compliance with applicable laws.
This role is responsible for the Transportation Business Unit’s (TBU) commitment to engage and consult with Indigenous Communities, Landowners, Occupants, Regulators and all external stakeholders to support regulatory compliance while fostering positive long-term relationships throughout the life cycle of our assets.
