About The Team & Business Line

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

As a core member of our Investor Relations team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Responsibilities

Your Role:

• You will interact with senior management and manage overall relationships for multiple Private Equity clients.
• You will manage various operational aspects associated with client relationships and investors.
• You will coordinate with the Accounting group, Financial Statement group, Tax group, and Legal team.
• You will coordinate, manage and monitor external audit process.
• You will review private equity fund client’s partnership agreements, Subscription documents, PPM’s and other materials.
• You will manage various operational aspects associated with client relationships and investors.
• You will assist with the implementation and understanding of fund structures on the accounting system.
• You will manage and monitor the timing and quality of client deliverables, as well as building and managing client relationships.
• You will manage and develop staff of 4-6 Investor Relations Specialists.
• You will build out and manage internal Policy and Procedure documentation.
• You will review, create and produce partner statements; call and distribution notifications and other correspondence.
• You will assist with the appropriate handling of fund manager and investor calls.
• You will review and approve of investor capital activity (call/distributions/transfers/rebalances).
• You will prepare and review all activity within stated Service Level Agreements.
• You will have oversight of the money transfer dollar amounts and AML/KYC.
• You will be involved with reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) and will assist with various projects as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

About You:

• You have 6+ years’ experience in Investor Relations Operation Teams, predominantly in the private equity sector.
• You have experience in managing client relationships and/or with the controllership function of an alternative asset manager.
• You possess skills in negotiation, business planning and budgeting.
• You have knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in specific respect of application to the alternative asset management sector.
• You have strong leadership skills and supervisory experience of other professionals.
• You have strong project management skills with attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• You have advanced computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word PowerPoint, SharePoint and Investran a plus and CRM platforms).
• You possess a CPA or comparable designation.
