Canada Life is seeking a Manager, Insurance Products to own Portable Benefits, Individual Health & Dental, and related offerings. You will develop product strategies, roadmaps, and value propositions while coordinating with sales, marketing, and product teams.

Our Benefits & Insurance team helps bring that ambition to life by providing advice, guidance, and support across insurance and benefits solutions, helping Canadians navigate important health, coverage, and financial decisions. The team supports plan members and clients with optional and portable benefits, life conversions, and digital-direct insurance journeys. Through expert advice, advisor enablement and a focus on the client experience, we help Canadians make informed decisions while creating opportunities to strengthen long-term relationships with Canada Life.
Reporting to the AVP, Benefits & Insurance, the Manager, Insurance Products is responsible for the ownership, positioning, support, and ongoing evolution of Canada Life's Portable Benefits and Individual Health & Dental product offerings. This role acts as a key partner to sales, marketing, distribution, and product teams, helping ensure our products remain competitive, relevant, and easy for advisors and clients to understand.
The base salary for this position is between $102,000 - $152,000 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
