What you need to be a successful Manager in Training with Thriftys :

• 1+ years’ experience in a customer service and/or retail environment with a minimum of 6 months in a leadership role.
• Confident in delivering the best customer experience possible. You are a leading example for others to follow.
• Goal-oriented – understands and is eager to achieve sales objectives.
• Support the management team in holding the associates accountable to their maximum potential.
• Play a key role in building a team of fashion-obsessed brand ambassadors, reflecting the Thriftys brand lifestyle.
• Must be eager to learn, demonstrate initiative, and be ready to grow into an influential leader.
