Job description

The Sales and Education Coordinator is responsible for providing training and sales support within the assigned territory of Vancouver, BC, focusing on the Pharmaprix and Sephora accounts.

Responsibilities
  1. Achieve sales goals in assigned stores throughout the territory.
  2. Conduct all Pharmaprix and Sephora in-store trainings according to brand expectations.
  3. Plan and execute in-store events with the Sales Director to support brand initiatives.
  4. Coordinate with store management for visual placement.
  5. Develop strong relationships with store personnel and leadership at Pharmaprix and Sephora.
  6. Train store staff and specialists on product launches and categories.
  7. Partner with Sephora BAs, Pharmaprix CMs, and clients to provide support.
  8. Ensure visual merchandising standards are met at all product display points.
  9. Maintain communication regarding training, events, and support opportunities.
  10. Manage store visits and travel schedules effectively.
  11. Use company tools to develop in-store strategies for training and sales.
Profile
  1. Minimum three years of experience in the beauty industry.
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Experience in Pharmaprix and Sephora environments is preferred.
  4. Proactive approach to client engagement and brand promotion.
  5. Ability to motivate and work collaboratively.
  6. Willingness and ability to travel within the territory.
  7. Flexible working hours to meet objectives.
  8. Ability to travel extensively and drive.
  9. Physical ability to stand, walk, and move for 4-6 hours daily.
