The Sales and Education Coordinator is responsible for providing training and sales support within the assigned territory of Vancouver, BC, focusing on the Pharmaprix and Sephora accounts.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals in assigned stores throughout the territory.
- Conduct all Pharmaprix and Sephora in-store trainings according to brand expectations.
- Plan and execute in-store events with the Sales Director to support brand initiatives.
- Coordinate with store management for visual placement.
- Develop strong relationships with store personnel and leadership at Pharmaprix and Sephora.
- Train store staff and specialists on product launches and categories.
- Partner with Sephora BAs, Pharmaprix CMs, and clients to provide support.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met at all product display points.
- Maintain communication regarding training, events, and support opportunities.
- Manage store visits and travel schedules effectively.
- Use company tools to develop in-store strategies for training and sales.
Profile
- Minimum three years of experience in the beauty industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in Pharmaprix and Sephora environments is preferred.
- Proactive approach to client engagement and brand promotion.
- Ability to motivate and work collaboratively.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the territory.
- Flexible working hours to meet objectives.
- Ability to travel extensively and drive.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and move for 4-6 hours daily.
