East Side Mario’s Windsor is seeking a Manager Guest Experience to lead the front of house and build a guest‑centric team. This role combines hands‑on leadership with a focus on service standards and team development. You will oversee recruitment, scheduling, training, and coaching, and report on program metrics to the General Manager.

• Post-secondary education is a bonus.

• Evaluate the effectiveness and report on the metrics of all programs to the General Manager.
