Job summary

East Side Mario’s Windsor is seeking a Manager Guest Experience to lead the front of house and build a guest‑centric team. Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a high-volume casual dining restaurant.
• Post-secondary education is a bonus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Exceptional business acumen and team building skills.
• Experience with orders, schedules and costing.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive work environment that supports and promotes exceptional Guest-focused service.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and report on the metrics of all programs to the General Manager.
• Manage teammate relations including recruitment, scheduling, training & developing, coaching and recognition.
• Manage front of house, according to East Side Mario’s steps of service.
• Promote a work environment for employees that is healthy, safe and based on respect and trust.
