Overview

The Supervisor reports to the General Manager and is accountable for taking initiative, being people-focused, and results-oriented. They lead teams in a busy, fast-paced environment with a passion for service and a strong desire to win, building relationships.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Oversee day-to-day management of the dining room as directed by the Franchise Owner and General Manager.
• Ensure the store operates to all "Benchmark Restaurant" standards, creating a Perfect Guest Experience every time.
• Continue to develop and coach associates.
• Oversee and ensure the Perfect Guest Experience.
• Support and implement Standards and Controls.
• Demonstrate behaviours consistent with Recipe's principles.

• Previous Front of House Management experience.
• Potential to effectively run the front of house and lead all shifts to meet Brand standards.
