As a Manager on the Growth & GTM team, you’ll be responsible for planning and executing growth initiatives for Manulife Bank, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales and revenue.

Responsibilities:
- Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies and initiatives (B2B and B2B2C focused) to drive efficient and scalable growth, continuously optimizing and identifying new opportunities to improve scalability, efficiency, and ROI.
- Go-to-Market Strategy and Activation: Develop and execute Growth & GTM strategies with a focus on acquisition, retention, and expansion to meet revenue targets. Design and implement programs and experiments to test hypotheses, optimize performance, and achieve marketing efficiency goals.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Design and execute ABM strategies in collaboration with Sales leadership. Identify key accounts and implement personalized lead-nurture programs, balancing targeted bets in key segments and industries with a focus on priority accounts.
- Product Positioning & Sales Enablement: Craft compelling product narratives based on advisor needs and market trends; equip sales teams with tools and insights for effective positioning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, leadership, and partners. Provide regular updates on marketing activities, progress, and results, proposing actions to align with strategic outcomes.
- Feedback Loop: Develop a continuous feedback loop to gather insights from clients and stakeholders, proactively refining positioning and strategies.
- Risk Mitigation & Compliance: Ensure all marketing plans comply with control, compliance, audit, and legal requirements. Maintain technical marketing and business knowledge to support execution.
- Performance Analysis: Provide regular reporting on funnel performance, monitor KPIs, and ensure continuous improvement of marketing pipeline health.
- Experimentation & Optimization: Identify and size growth opportunities; test and optimize activation plans for the best outcomes.
- Data-Driven Decision Making & Insights: Use data, customer insights, and stakeholder feedback to inform strategies and shape requirements. Leverage advanced analytics to build growth models, assess, and forecast opportunities. Use insights to refine messaging, targeting, and execution, ensuring alignment with customer needs and behaviors.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Product or Growth Marketing, preferably within the financial services industry, including fintech and familiarity with regulatory requirements. B2B experience is an asset.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), growth modeling, marketing analytics, data visualization tools; experience managing high-touch customer engagement and agency relationships.
- Command of SQL, data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau), and spreadsheet tools (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Ability to manage complex performance dashboards and translate data into actionable insights.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional skills to convey complex information, build relationships, and collaborate with teams and external stakeholders.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; an advanced degree is preferred.

Location & Compensation
Primary Location: Toronto, Ontario. Hybrid arrangement. Salary range: $86,250 - $155,250 CAD. For roles outside Toronto, contact recruitment@manulife.com for local salary details. We offer comprehensive benefits, retirement plans, and generous paid time off.
