Job summary

George Brown College is seeking a Manager for reporting and analytics to oversee enrolment planning, reporting, and audits. You will ensure data integrity and lead configuration within Banner Student Information systems.

The role requires directing a team of staff and coordinating across departments to support governance structures and data quality. The successful candidate will bring a four-year degree in a related field and proven experience in post-secondary environments with strategic

Responsibilities

• Participate in forming Data Governance Committee structures for data stewardship and quality.
• Oversee integrity of enrolment planning, reporting, and audits across systems and processes.
• Lead configuration and maintenance of Banner Student Information modules for data mapping and alignment.
• Supervise full-time and part-time staff within applicable collective agreements.

• They’re also appointed to oversees the configuration and maintenance of applicable modules, tables, and forms in Banner Student Information system in relation to data mapping, and data alignment.
• Candidates at this post are appointed to supervises full-time and permanent part-time support staff, abiding by the rules and articles in the collective agreements.

Job requirement

• Candidates must attains Four-year Degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in Administrative or Management Studies, Computer Information Systems, or related discipline.
• They must attains dedicated working experience working in a post-secondary education environment with a strong understanding of strategic enrolment management and enterprise reporting solution.
• Candidate must attains dedicated working experience in leading multidisciplinary teams, coaching staff, providing clear and constructive feedback, with positive (individual/team) project results.
