Job summary

• Four-year degree in an administrative/management discipline or related field.
• Strong understanding of strategic enrolment management and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coaching staff with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Participate in forming Data Governance Committee structures for data stewardship and quality.
• Oversee integrity of enrolment planning, reporting, and audits across systems and processes.
• Lead configuration and maintenance of Banner Student Information modules for data mapping and alignment.
• Supervise full-time and part-time staff within applicable collective agreements.
