Triangle Rewards remains a centerpiece of our retail strategy, and a curated group of everyday needs partnerships will expand Triangle's reach, distribute more Canadian Tire Money, and give consumers even more reasons to shop.Reporting to the AVP, Partnerships Design & Operations, the **Manager, Enterprise Triangle Partnerships** is a high-performing and results-oriented leader accountable for portfolio strategy, implementation program management, and portfolio reporting across CTC's roster of Triangle loyalty partners, including RBC, WestJet, Petro-Canada and Tim Hortons.Working closely with business leaders across Canadian Tire and external partners, this role serves as the central point of coordination for strategy, planning, forecasting, measurement and reporting across the portfolio of partnerships. The successful candidate for this position bring the right blend of both financial and strategic acumen and is comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.**What you'll do*** Own the Triangle Partnerships portfolio strategy, including annual and multi-year planning, forecasting, target setting and the budget submission process in partnership with various internal stakeholder groups* Lead the measurement and reporting of results across the portfolio of partnerships. The target salary range is between $110,000.00 and $120,000.00 CAD Annual.
