Qualifications

  • 1+ years of data analytics experience.
  • Strong SQL skills with data extraction and querying.
  • Experience with Excel for data analysis and modeling.
  • Python and SAS are assets and welcome certifications.
  • Expertise in data visualization and Power BI tooling.
  • Experience with Hadoop and familiarity with Azure cloud.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling and customer analytics techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in analyses.
  • Proactive ownership and end-to-end task delivery.
  • Passion for data, technology, and AI-driven solutions.
  • Retail or banking experience is a plus.

What You’ll Do

As an Analyst, Customer Insights & Analytics, you’ll transform data into actionable insights that shape customer strategy and drive business growth. You’ll work on high-impact projects, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and leverage advanced analytics to improve customer engagement and loyalty. Success in this role means delivering actionable insights that improve customer retention and loyalty program performance.

  • Analyze customer and financial data to uncover trends and opportunities.
  • Deliver performance analytics and insights for strategic initiatives, including loyalty programs.
  • Create compelling reports and visualizations that influence decision‑making across the organization.
  • Apply statistical techniques (e.g., hypothesis testing, clustering, segmentation) to enhance insights.
  • Partner with data teams to improve data infrastructure and reporting capabilities.
  • Support cross‑functional teams with analytics expertise and storytelling.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Mathematics).
  • 1+ years of experience in data analytics.
  • Strong experience with SQL
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Python and SAS are an asset (certification is a plus).
  • Expertise data visualization and experience with BI tools (Power BI).
  • Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop) and familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling and customer analytics techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all analyses.

Oakville, Ontario (Hybrid: In‑office 4 days a week)

Broadband Salary Range: $53,000 – $88,000.

Our typical hiring range is between $53,000 and $70,000. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role‑specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role.
