Job summary

Cuso International is seeking a results-driven Manager, Data and Donor Relations to oversee fundraising data systems, donor relations, and related processes in Ottawa. You will lead data-driven strategies that strengthen donor stewardship and fundraising growth.

You will oversee Raiser's Edge, Feathr, and FundraiseUp initiatives, enhance governance and reporting, and provide strategic insights to engage donors and optimize data-driven decision making for global development programs.

Responsibilities

Job description

Join Cuso International and play a key leadership role in advancing our fundraising, donor engagement, and data management strategies.

As the Manager, Data and Donor Relations, you will lead Cuso's fundraising data systems, donor relations function, and related business processes. This role is responsible for ensuring our CRM and fundraising platforms effectively support donor stewardship, fundraising growth, compliance, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and optimize Cuso's fundraising and donor management systems, including Raiser's Edge, Feathr, and FundraiseUp.
  • Manage and support the Donor Relations Team to deliver an exceptional donor experience.
