Job summary

Desjardins is seeking a Manager, Project Delivery in Data and Analytics to lead a team of project management professionals and serve as the delivery manager for multiple delivery clusters. You will maintain an integrated view of deliverables, guide performance and predictability, and build partnerships with stakeholders and suppliers to secure commitments.

You will drive delivery in a matrix environment, oversee governance, and ensure adherence to Desjardins PM frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Nine years of relevant experience, including five in a management role.
• Experience in data, analytics or AI environment.
• Hold a professional certification or designation in project management.
• Knowledge of French is required; advanced English is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mobilize and develop the project management team, ensuring coverage aligns with delivery needs and priorities.
• Assign project managers and delivery capacities based on priorities, complexity and required skills.
• Assess feasibility and success factors of upstream initiatives, including capacity, sequencing and risks.
• Manage integrated performance of delivery of themes and projects from planning to closing.
• Ensure quality and integration of delivery plans, milestones and forecasts; adjust as needed.
• Consolidate health, plans, budgets, schedules, risks, issues and forecasts for all projects.
• Anticipate gaps and secure delivery commitments cross-sector.
• Oversee supplier contributions and ensure contracts and deliverables meet PM frameworks.
• Update practices and delivery methods to improve the operating model.
