Job summary

Desjardins is seeking a Performance Section Manager in the Distribution Planning and Performance Department to lead a national team responsible for performance tracking, analytics, budgeting, and reporting for CRC operations. You will provide strategic guidance and manage the Vice-Presidency budget in collaboration with multiple lines of business.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven insights, and expertise in budgeting and call center metrics, with fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Eight years of relevant experience including three years in management.
• Bilingual in French and English, both oral and written.
• Intermediate knowledge of the budget process.
• Intermediate knowledge of the DGIG data ecosystem.
• Intermediate knowledge of call center metrics (KPIs, telephony, etc.).
• Action oriented with strong communication and strategic mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead a national team delivering performance, analytics, workforce planning, budgeting, and insights.
• Develop reporting solutions, dashboards, analytical models, and narratives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial stewardship across CRC operations.
• Collaborate with Ontario, Atlantic, Western Canada, and Quebec lines of business.
• Foster continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
