Desjardins is seeking a Manager, Analytics and Artificial Intelligence, Internal Audit, to shape the data, analytics and AI strategy for the DGMO. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with executives to maximize business value from data while strengthening control effectiveness.

You will drive digital transformation in audit, advance continuous auditing, predictive modeling and AI initiatives, ensuring governance and risk management align with IIA standards and regulatory

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, mathematics, engineering, business administration or related field.
• Nine years of relevant experience in data, analytics, AI or digital transformation, including 4 years in management.
• Experience defining and implementing data strategies that deliver significant business value.
• French required; strong English proficiency.

• Define and develop the vision, directions and roadmap for data, analytics and AI to maximize business value.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team and ensure governance, quality and ethical use of data and AI.
• Advise executives on opportunities, risks and impacts of data and AI within regulatory expectations.
