Job Description

The expected hiring range for this role is $106,000- $138,000 with a 35-hour work week. Your rate of pay will be determined based on your individual qualifications and experience, while considering internal equity. As a Manager, Data & Analytics Business Partner, you’ll act as a strategic analytics leader partnering with senior business leaders to deliver insights that shape business decisions and drive measurable impact for Westland.

  • Act as the primary data and analytics partner for a business unit, building strong relationships with leadership and embedding data into decision‑making
  • Design and deliver high‑impact analytics and insights that drive measurable business outcomes such as growth, retention, and efficiency
  • Lead strategic data initiatives and develop prototypes that demonstrate business value and can scale into enterprise solutions
  • Improve data literacy and enable self‑service analytics by promoting trusted data, tools, and best practices
  • Collaborate with Data Office teams to align analytics solutions with enterprise data platforms and capabilities
  • Identify opportunities to leverage data, analytics, and AI/ML to solve business challenges
  • Contribute to building and scaling the Data & Analytics Business Partner function, with the opportunity to grow and lead a team of analysts over time
