123Dentist is seeking a Manager, Construction Projects to oversee a portfolio of concurrent clinic construction and renovation programs across Canada, supporting acquisitions and de novo builds within our 500+ clinic network. This is a high-volume, repeatable-build environment.
The role requires coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams, managing budgets and timelines, and traveling across the country to site visits while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Salary Range: $91,000.00 To $120,000.00 Annually
At 123Dentist, we are one of Canada's largest and fastest-growing dental support organizations, supporting a network of over 500 clinics and 8,000 team members nationwide.
We partner with dentists and clinical teams to provide the infrastructure, expertise, and operational support needed to deliver exceptional patient care. Our services span across marketing, human resources, finance, procurement, and operations, enabling our clinics to focus on what they do best.
With a strong growth trajectory driven by acquisitions, de novo clinic builds, and ongoing investments in our existing network, we are continuously expanding and evolving our footprint across Canada. This growth is supported by a focus on operational excellence, innovation, and building modern, high-performing clinical environments.
This is a multi-site, programmatic construction role, not a single custom build. You will manage a portfolio of concurrent clinic construction and renovation projects across Canada, supporting an active, ongoing pipeline of acquisitions, de novo builds, and renovations across our 500+ clinic network.
We're specifically looking for someone who has operated in a high-volume, repeatable-build environment: think retail chain rollouts, QSR, banking branch networks, franchise buildouts, or healthcare/dental facility programs, where you managed several sites at once against standardized specs, rather than a single bespoke custom home or one-off commercial project. If your background is primarily single-site residential or custom one-off commercial construction, this likely isn't the right fit. If you've run a portfolio of similar, repeatable projects across multiple locations, this role is built for you.
You've run construction programs, not just projects; you know how to deliver the same type of build multiple times over, spot patterns across sites, standardize what works, and keep a portfolio moving without losing quality on any single location. You take ownership of delivering on time, on budget, and to a consistent standard across every clinic you touch.
