Job summary

123Dentist is seeking a Construction Coordinator for Western Canada to plan, organize and monitor multi-site clinic projects across the Greater Vancouver Area. Reporting to the Senior Director, Real Estate & Facilities, you will collaborate with contractors and internal teams to keep builds on time and within budget.

You will travel to project sites, oversee on-site activities, manage documentation, and support vendor relationships in a fast-paced healthcare expansion.

Qualifications

• College or university degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of multi-site construction experience, preferably in medical or dental clinic environments, or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Support the Construction Manager in planning, executing, and tracking projects across multiple sites.
• Travel regularly to project sites across the network to conduct on-site visits, inspections, and progress reviews.
• Coordinate activities between internal teams, contractors, and external partners.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Organize and lead project follow-up meetings, including notes, minutes, and action items.
• Monitor project deliverables and identify risks or gaps.
• Participate in risk analysis and mitigation planning.
• Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage resources, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of construction management processes.
• Receive, verify, and code project invoices.
• Develop and maintain vendor lists.
• Receive and present project quotes.

About The Role

As Construction Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning, organizing, and monitoring multi-site construction projects across our expanding clinic network. Reporting to the Senior Director, Real Estate & Facilities, you will support project teams in executing builds, renovations, and clinic upgrades on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.

This is a field-based role centered in the Greater Vancouver Area, with frequent travel required to project sites across our western network. You will spend significant time on-site working directly with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep projects moving and aligned with company standards.
