About the Role

We are seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead our passionate, high-energy sales team. You will oversee Account Executives focusing on small to mid-sized organizations, with a proven ability to hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create training content and support professional development.
  • Provide feedback and foster a positive team culture aligned with Samsara’s principles.
Minimum Requirements
  • At least 3 years of sales experience with complex sales cycles.
  • 1-2 years of team management experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of overachievement and coaching outbound sales.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and growth-oriented.
  • Proficient in data-driven decision making and familiar with SFDC.
