As the Manager, Business Development, you will build and maintain strategic partnerships across the GTA that strengthen IBU's external presence, generate prospective student opportunities, and support student recruitment and institutional growth objectives.
Success in this role requires a proactive, results-oriented approach to business development, with the perseverance, curiosity and persuasive communication skills to identify opportunities, build productive relationships, and cultivate sustainable recruitment channels.

This is a field-based role requiring regular travel throughout the GTA. A valid Ontario G Driver’s License, access to a reliable vehicle and willingness to travel extensively throughout the GTA is required. This role may require occasional evening and weekend commitments.
