As a key leader within the Information Technology Services team, the Manager, Business Applications plays a critical role in managing, supporting, and improving the University’s supported applications. Reporting to the Director, Project Management and Business Applications, this role oversees a team of Business Analysts and Application Analysts responsible for the lifecycle management of core business applications, including their implementation, enhancement, and optimization. The Manager provides strategic direction on application management, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and policies. This role also leads project execution, working with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency, user experience, and support business objectives.
