Location: This position may be based in any SGI office location in Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Alberta, or Ontario, subject to workspace availability.

Work Arrangement: We offer flexible work arrangements, including in-office, hybrid, and remote options. Work arrangements eligibility will be discussed during the recruitment process and confirmed based on business and operational needs.

Pay Range: $99,155.00 - $132,187.00

Typically, these skills are gained through a four-year degree in a relevant field of study, like Business or Training/Education, and eight years experience comprised of four years leadership with progressively challenging responsibility and four years' experience in Property and Casualty (P&C) brokerage operations and carrier relations.
