A leading company in Montreal is seeking a Manager, Benefits to oversee employee benefits programs. This role involves managing a team, optimizing processes, and acting as an advisor on benefits matters. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in benefits management and strong leadership skills, with a focus on providing excellent service to employees.
You will report to the Senior Director, Total Compensation, and work closely with the payroll department, the talent acquisition team, and business partners.
As the Manager, Benefits, you will be responsible for overseeing employee benefits for our various employee groups. In this role, you will lead a team of 6 people, including the benefits administration team within the employee service center and the Disability Management Advisor.

Your Contribution to the Team :
You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in benefits management and at least 3 years of team management experience, along with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, Actuarial Science, or another relevant field. You are also recognized for :
