A leading company in Montreal is seeking a Manager of Benefits to oversee employee benefits programs. This role involves leading a team, optimizing processes, and ensuring effective communication with employees and service providers. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in benefits management and a strong leadership background.
You will report to the Senior Director, Total Compensation, and work closely with the payroll department, the talent acquisition team, and business partners.
As the Manager, Benefits, you will be responsible for overseeing employee benefits for our various employee groups. In this role, you will lead a team of 6 people, including the benefits administration team within the employee service center and the Disability Management Advisor.

You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in benefits management and at least 3 years of team management experience, along with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, Actuarial Science, or another relevant field. You are also recognized for:
