A leading Canadian distribution company is seeking a Manager, Benefits to oversee employee benefits across various groups. This role involves leading a team, optimizing processes, and serving as the primary advisor on benefits. The ideal candidate will have significant management experience and a strong educational background in HR or related fields.
UAP is more than a large Canadian distribution company. It comprises 5,000 skilled employees who pride themselves on contributing to customer success through our network of NAPA Auto Parts and Traction stores.
You will report to the Senior Director, Total Compensation, and collaborate with the payroll department, talent acquisition team, and business partners. As the Manager, Benefits, you will oversee employee benefits across various employee groups. This role involves leading a team of six, including the benefits administration team within the employee service center and the Disability Management Advisor.
Your Contribution to the Team :
You should have at least 5 years of relevant benefits management experience and 3 years of team leadership, along with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, Actuarial Science, or a related field. Additionally, you are recognized for:
