NAIT in Canada is seeking a Manager of Apprenticeship Operations to provide operational leadership for the Office of Apprenticeship. You will manage apprenticeship coordination, engagement initiatives, and grant administration while driving data-informed decisions and continuous improvement across the program.

Reporting to the Director, Office of Apprenticeship, the Manager, Apprenticeship Operations provides operational leadership and management oversight for apprenticeship coordination, engagement, and administrative functions within the Office of Apprenticeship (OoA) at NAIT. The manager is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of apprenticeship operations, the coordination and execution of the Women Leading and Building Canada's Future (WLBCF) initiative (with future opportunity to lead additional apprenticeship initiatives targeting underrepresented or deserving groups), and driving process improvement and data-informed decision-making across the apprenticeship function. The manager leads a team of apprenticeship coordinators and indirectly leads engagement staff and administrative support personnel. This position plays a central role in translating the OoA's strategic direction into operational outcomes, ensuring that apprenticeship services are delivered consistently, efficiently, and in alignment with AIT requirements and NAIT institutional standards.

The compensation range for this job posting is : $104,678.38 - $138,682.55
