Job summary

Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre seeks an experienced Manager, Decision Support and Advanced Analytics to lead a team delivering BI reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled insights for strategic decisions. The role supports external funding submissions and internal reporting to boards and leadership.

Responsibilities include governance, data quality, and cross-functional collaboration with health partners. Strong communication, project management, and knowledge of Ontario funding are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven track record leading a team for 5+ years.
• Strong technical skills with complex data models and SQL.
• Advanced analytics, statistics and reporting experience.
• Project management and documentation proficiency (JIRA, SharePoint).
• Experience with Ontario health funding environment and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in development, deployment and maintenance of BI reports, analytics, and ad-hoc requests.
• Oversee reporting to Board Committees, Senior Leadership and clinical programs.
• Define and manage Advanced Analytics Roadmap and AI-enabled tool adoption with governance controls.
• Coordinate data governance, data quality, privacy, and security across enterprise data assets.
• Collaborate with Ontario Health, CIHI and partners to advance analytics and performance measurement.
• Manage dashboards, program reports and external publication translations for strategic decisions.
