We are currently seeking an Accounting Manager with potential for career growth as our business expands. This full-time position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with overtime opportunities when needed.

Job Responsibilities

1. Work alongside the controller and finance team to ensure daily tasks and reports are completed accurately for operations and management.
2. Review daily accounting transactions and conduct audits to verify accuracy of AR and AP activities.
3. Process payments, manage vendor communications regarding payment schedules.
4. Manage accounts receivable by issuing customer invoices in compliance with company and government regulations.
5. Handle accounts payable by preparing batches, matching invoices with purchase orders, and checking for discrepancies.
6. Mail customer invoices and perform other ad-hoc accounting duties as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or relevant field preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role is ideal.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, energetic, with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Highly organized, able to work independently, and meet deadlines.
