Responsibilities

• Handle invoicing
• Manage financial accounting and forecasting
• Work with budgets
• Manage margin calculations by employees/projects
• Work with Business Intelligence (BI) tools
• Interact with Administrative Manager on invoicing issues
• Interact with CEO on financial accounting, forecasting, and analytics (assist in data-driven decision-making)

Minimum Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets
• Experience with financial accounting, forecasting, and budgeting
• English proficiency at B2+ level
