Reporting to the Family Medicine Department Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of a dynamic academic family medicine teaching centre, supporting a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals and administrative staff in a collaborative, patient-centred environment. 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, ambulatory care, primary care, or academic healthcare environments. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams. Experience with budgeting, workforce planning, performance management, and operational planning. Knowledge of quality improvement, patient safety, accreditation, occupational health and safety, and risk management principles. Strong communication, relationship management, conflict resolution, and change management skills. Demonstrated ability to lead programs, projects, and operational initiatives. Active clinical registration.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience in Family Medicine teaching clinics or academic healthcare environments. Experience supporting resident and medical learner education. Experience with Primary Care Networks and interdisciplinary models of care. Lean, quality improvement, or project management training.
