Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program in Medicine Hat. You’ll start learning the business from day one while based out of a local branch. We offer mentoring and a clear path to running your own branch and growing the team.

You’ll gain experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations, with training designed to promote from within and advance your career.

Qualifications

• Must have a 2-year Diploma; 4-year bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 6 months cumulative experience in Sales & Customer Service or Leadership contexts.
• Valid Canadian Class 5 driver's license with limited violations.
• No drug or alcohol convictions in the last 5 years.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada; no sponsorship provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one in the Management Training program at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and support operations.
• Develop to run a branch, cultivate new business and build a team.
• Excel in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations with a customer-first mindset.
