Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program in Regina, SK. You’ll start in a hands-on MT role, learning the business from day one and aiming to run your own branch someday.

The program emphasizes sales, customer service, and operations, with mentoring, internal advancement, and a benefits package including health insurance, PTO, and a company match retirement plan. First-year target compensation is $55,000.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2-year Diploma, or 4-year bachelor’s degree preferred from a Canadian university or international equivalent.
• Preference for BBA, BCom, BMgt, or BA or related field.
• Must have 6 months experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Must have a valid Canadian Class 5 driver’s license with limited violations.
• No drug or alcohol convictions in the last 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Start learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Learn to run a future branch, grow business, and develop your team.
