Job summary

Enterprise Mobility seeks candidates for its Management Training Program in Red Deer. You will begin learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch and progressively take on responsibilities to lead customer-facing and operational activities.

The program emphasizes hands-on mentoring, community engagement, and development across customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations, with a clear path toward managing a branch in the future.

Qualifications

• Must have a 2-year Diploma; 4-year bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must have 6 months cumulative experience or involvement in Sales & Customer Service, Leadership.
• Must have a valid Canadian Class 5 driver's license with no more than two moving violations in the last three years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions within the last 5 years.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada; sponsorship not provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and handle behind-the-scenes operations.
• As you progress, run your own branch, grow the business and develop your team.
• Receive mentoring and community engagement opportunities to build your network.
• Learn customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations with a customer-first mindset.
