Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for an immediate Management Training Program. You will start at a neighborhood branch and train to become an operations and customer service leader with a potential to advance within the Enterprise network.

You will learn sales, marketing, finance, and branch management while receiving mentoring and hands-on guidance to build relationships with customers and partners in the Vernon area.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2-year Diploma or 4-year bachelor’s degree preferred from a Canadian university or international equivalent.
• 6 months experience in sales, customer service, or leadership activities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Management Training program starting at a neighborhood branch.
• Develop skills in customer service, sales, and operations.
• Learn to manage daily branch operations and build client relationships.
• Support promotional activities and community outreach while learning logistics and finance insights.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands‑on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a 2-year Diploma, 4-year bachelor’s degree preferred from an accredited Canadian University or an international equivalent as recognized by the World Education Services (WES) and/or Citizenship Canada (IRCC); preference for BBA, BCom, BMgt and BA, or related field.
• Must have 6 months cumulative experience or involvement in any of the following:
  • Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry
  • Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, university clubs/organizations
• Must have a valid Canadian Class 5 driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents within the last three years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) within the last 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. (Please note that our Management Trainee position does not typically fall under an eligible National Occupational Classification (NOC) to gain Permanent Residency in Canada)
