Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for an immediate Management Training Program in the Richmond and South Vancouver area. You will start as a Management Trainee, learning the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.

You will be trained to become the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, transitioning to run your own branch, build new business, and develop your team through mentoring and structured growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a 4-year bachelor's degree from a Canadian university or international equivalent (WES/IRCC); preference for BBA, BCom, BMgt or BA.
• Must have 6 months experience or involvement in sales, customer service, leadership activities.
• Must have a valid Canadian Class 5 driver's license with <=2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol convictions in last 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• As a Management Trainee, learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and as an operational expert.
• Develop skills to run your own branch, cultivate new business and lead a team.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you'll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited Canadian University or an international equivalent as recognized by the World Education Services (WES) and/or Citizenship Canada (IRCC); preference for BBA, BCom, BMgt and BA, or related field.
• Must have 6 months cumulative experience or involvement in any of the following:
• Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry
• Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, clubs/organizations
• Must have a valid Canadian Class 5 driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents within the last three years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) within the last 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. (Please note that our Management Trainee position does not typically fall under an eligible National Occupational Classification (NOC) to gain Permanent Residency in Canada)
