Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for an immediate Management Trainee program at our Carleton Place area locations. You will start in a neighborhood branch and learn by doing, serving customers and partners while gaining operations know‑how to eventually run your own location.

The program includes mentoring and hands‑on training in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations, with a clear path toward promotion within a culture that rewards growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited Canadian University or international equivalent as recognized by WES/IRCC.
• Must have 6 months cumulative experience in sales, customer service or leadership.
• Must have a valid Canadian Class G or G2 driver’s license with minimal violations.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions within the last 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Join the Management Training program and learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while gaining operating expertise.
• Progress through a structured program to run a branch, grow business and develop a team.
• Receive mentorship and hands-on guidance to excel in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited Canadian University or an international equivalent as recognized by the World Education Services (WES) and/or Citizenship Canada (IRCC); preference for BBA, BCom, BMgt and BA, or related field.
• Must have 6 months cumulative experience or involvement in any of the following:
• Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry
• Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, clubs/organizations
• Must have a valid Canadian Class G or G2 driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents within the last three years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) within the last 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. (Please note that our Management Trainee position does not typically fall under an eligible National Occupational Classification (NOC) to gain Permanent Residency in Canada)
