We are hiring immediately for our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and as an operational expert behind the scenes. Our structured program will teach you to eventually run your own branch, develop new business, and lead a team.

In our hands-on environment, you will receive guidance, mentoring, and support. You will also engage with the community to build essential relationships for your business.

We’ll teach you customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, emphasizing putting customers first. Our culture fosters friendly competition, vital for growing our business and your success.

Minimum requirements include:

1. Having a 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited Canadian university or international equivalent recognized by WES or Citizenship Canada (IRCC), preferably in BBA, BCom, BMgt, BA, or related fields.
2. 6 months of experience or involvement in sales & customer service (e.g., retail, restaurant, hospitality) or leadership (e.g., military, athletics, clubs).
3. A valid Canadian Class G or G2 driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last three years.
4. No drug or alcohol-related convictions (DWI/DUI) within the past 5 years.
5. Authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship now or in the future. (Note: This position typically does not qualify for permanent residency through NOC.)
6. At least 18 years old.
