Ready to build a career as a future leader in the building/landscape or pool distribution industry? Our Management Trainee (MIT) Program offers a fast track to success.

Dive into the world of distribution at SRS/Heritage with our Management Training Program. From day one, you'll be hands-on, learning every aspect of our business. Our goal? To equip you with the skills and knowledge to advance to Branch Manager and beyond.

The Management Trainee Program lasts 9–12 months, based on individual progress, designed to develop future leaders within SRS Distribution/Heritage. Participants gain practical experience in warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain, and human resources. Through on-the-job training, mentorship, and corporate development initiatives, trainees establish a solid foundation for a successful career.

  • Willing to relocate for training and promotions, with training in two branches, each close to 50% of the program.

Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership qualities and work ethic.
  • Proven success in roles requiring responsibility; experience in organizations, clubs, volunteer work, community service, athletics, or military service is valued.
  • Effective team collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, strategic thinking, organization, and time management.
MIT Program Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or within 2 semesters of graduation; preferred majors include Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business Management, Construction Management, or similar.
  • Alternatively, 2+ years of related work experience.
  • Ability to relocate within the United States for training and promotions.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Positions are available at our branch locations in Colorado, Idaho, California, Wyoming, Washington, Arizona, Nevada, and Utah. All roles are office-based.
