Enterprise Mobility is hiring for an immediate Management Training program in Brandon, MB. You will train across sales, customer service, and operations, serving as both customer-facing and back-end operations expert.

You will receive mentoring and hands-on learning to master skills needed to eventually run your own branch, grow the business, and lead a team within a culture of promotion from within.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Six months of experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Join the Management Training program at Brandon branch and learn the business from day one.

Responsibilities

• We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• University (Bachelor's) Degree required
• Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must have a current, valid Canadian Class 5 driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record (DUI/DWI) in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
