Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Steinbach, MB is hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training Program. As a Management Trainee, you will learn the business from day one and work from a neighborhood branch, acting as the face of the company to customers and partners while developing into a future branch leader.

You will gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations, with mentorship and a clear promotion track within the Enterprise Mobility network.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree: 4-year from an accredited Canadian university or international equivalent (preference for BBA, BCom, BMgt or BA).
• 6 months cumulative experience or involvement in relevant areas.
• Valid Canadian Class 5 driver’s license with no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol convictions in the last 5 years.
• Authorized to work in Canada; sponsorship not available now or in the future.
• Position may not fall under a National Occupational Classification (NOC) for permanent residency in Canada.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited Canadian University or an international equivalent as recognized by the World Education Services (WES) and/or Citizenship Canada (IRCC); preference for BBA, BCom, BMgt and BA, or related field.
• Must have 6 months cumulative experience or involvement in any of the following:
• Must have a valid Canadian Class 5 driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents within the last three years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) within the last 5 years.
• Mustbe authorized to workinCanada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. (Please note that our Management Trainee position does not typically fall under an eligible National Occupational Classification (NOC) to gain Permanent Residency in Canada)
