Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program located in Cold Lake, AB. This MT role begins with hands-on learning, customer interaction, and community involvement, guiding a trainee toward running a future branch and leading a team.

You will receive mentoring, training across sales, marketing, finance, and operations, and a pathway to growth within a culture that emphasizes customer-first service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a 2 year diploma, 4-year bachelor’s degree preferred and must be from an accredited Canadian University or an international equivalent as recognized by the World Education Services (WES) and/or Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
• Must have 6 months cumulative experience or involvement in sales & Customer Service or Leadership.
• Must have a valid Canadian Class 5 driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents within the last three years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) within the last 5 years.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and manage behind-the-scenes operations.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team. In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business. We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. And you’ll learn what it means to always put our customers first.   • Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry
  • Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, clubs/organizations
• Must have a valid Canadian Class 5 driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents within the last three years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) within the last 5 years.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Enterprise will not sponsor or support a candidate’s work permit or other temporary or permanent residence application.
