Responsibilities
As a Management Trainee, you will learn our business from day one, based out of one of our branches. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and as an operational expert behind the scenes. Our structured program will help you master skills to eventually run your own branch, develop new business, and lead a team.
You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support, and will engage with the community to build relationships essential for your success. Training will cover customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, emphasizing putting customers first. Our culture encourages friendly competition to foster growth and success.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Canadian university or equivalent, preferably in BBA, BCom, BMgt, BA, or related fields.
- At least 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, leadership, or related activities.
- Valid Canadian Class G or G2 driver’s license with no recent violations or at-fault accidents.
- No recent drug or alcohol convictions.
- Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship now or in the future.
