Job summary

Crossing Hurdles in Canada seeks a seasoned consultant with strong experience in management or strategy consulting to own substantial client workstreams, analyses, and deliverables.

You will build realistic consulting environments with client context and data, design multi-step tasks across analysis and strategy, and use agentic AI tools to develop analyses, presentations, and supporting deliverables, while independently validating the quality of AI-generated materials.

Qualifications

• Have strong relevant experience in management or strategy consulting.
• Direct ownership of substantial consulting workstreams, analyses, and client-facing deliverables.
• Hands-on experience using agentic AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or Claude Cowork for substantive work.
• Experience at a top-tier management consulting firm is preferred.
• Experience in commercial due diligence, transaction strategy, or corporate carve-outs is preferred.
