What You’ll Do

As a Managed Marketing Specialist, you will oversee and implement marketing strategies and campaigns for our golf course and golf simulator clients. You will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored marketing plans, and execute campaigns to maximize their reach and engagement.

  • Work with golf course operators to understand their marketing goals and challenges.
  • Create and execute marketing strategies leveraging our solutions.
  • Conduct monthly review meetings to assess performance and plan upcoming activities.
  • Develop compelling content and messages to promote the brand and events.
  • Coordinate campaigns across email, content, SMS, social media, and digital channels.
  • Use marketing automation tools to segment audiences and personalize communications.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and report insights to clients.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Contribute to the development of our marketing services.
Additional Responsibilities

In-depth training on our platform, working closely with clients, managing multiple projects, and maintaining excellent communication and organizational skills are essential. Passion for golf and marketing, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset are critical for success.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of marketing campaign management experience, preferably in golf.
  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of golf industry operations and engagement strategies.
  • Strong skills in email marketing, automation, social media, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Passion for marketing and golf.
90-Day Onboarding Plan
  • Days 1-30: Learn company tools, understand client needs, and collaborate with team leads.
  • Days 31-60: Manage first client accounts, create marketing plans, and develop content.
  • Days 61-90 and beyond: Fully manage client accounts, monitor campaigns, optimize strategies, and build client relationships.
Additional Details

Position is full-time, remote, available to Canadian applicants, with scheduled weekly hours of 37.5. This is a temporary (fixed-term) role within Jonas Software, a leader in enterprise management software solutions across various industries.
