We expect our marketers to think like builders and operate with leverage, embracing AI-native tools and workflows to go from idea to output faster, run smarter content experiments, and create content that drives business outcomes.

Role Overview:

We're hiring a Content Marketing Manager—a full-stack content creator and strategist to lead our content engine. You will set strategy, produce content across formats, and build a scalable, repeatable system. You'll collaborate with the CGO, growth team, and subject matter experts to create content for our ICP: U.S. and Canadian commercial gym operators. You will also own FLiiP's website and blog, ensuring content performance and visibility.

This is a 100% remote role, based in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the full content lifecycle: strategy, planning, production, and distribution—building FLiiP's content engine from scratch.
  • Lead content experiments: launch, measure, learn, and pivot quickly, thinking in sprints.
  • Create content across formats: blog posts, social media (LinkedIn), video scripts, customer stories, guides, emails, and more.
  • Manage the website: maintain, update, optimize, and integrate with tools like WordPress and HubSpot.
  • Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Descript, etc.) to scale efficiently, bringing structure and creativity to workflows.
  • Collaborate with design, growth, product marketing, and sales to align messaging and move the funnel.
  • Identify content gaps and coordinate with freelancers when needed, while being a hands-on creator.
  • Optimize for discoverability, repurpose content, and ensure high visibility across channels.
Requirements:
  • 4-7 years in content marketing or creation, ideally in fast-paced B2B SaaS or startups.
  • Proven success in developing and executing growth-supporting content strategies.
  • Hands-on experience creating diverse content formats: written, social, email, video.
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress and HubSpot (CMS, publishing, forms, automation).
  • Comfort with AI tools like ChatGPT, Descript, Jasper, and Notion AI, integrating them into workflows.
  • A portfolio demonstrating clarity, structure, creativity, and relevance to target audiences.
  • Owner mindset: proactive, self-managed, impact-driven.
  • Excellent collaboration skills across departments and leadership.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience marketing to small business owners or operators (gyms, fitness studios, franchises).
  • Knowledge of performance content and conversion-focused writing.
  • Experience managing brand voice across written and video content.
