Qualifications
- Must hold valid structural (Category 7) Pest Control certification or obtain within timeframe.
- Current Pesticide Applicator Certification required for this position.
- Experience in pest control, environmental services, or facility sanitation management.
- Strong knowledge of integrated pest management and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee pest control operations across the mall and related properties.
- Conduct inspections to identify pest activity and sanitation risks.
- Lead hands-on pest removal, cleaning, and sanitation to industry standards.
- Develop and implement treatment plans compliant with regulations.
- Coordinate external vendors and manage service quality and contracts.
- Train staff and tenants on sanitation, pest prevention, and reporting.
