Qualicare Homecare in Toronto is seeking 2-3 compassionate, reliable male Personal Support Workers to support a client near Woodbine Beach. You will provide personalized care, assist with daily routines, and work under the Care Coordinator to meet each client’s needs in a safe, caring environment.

Role offers part-time flexibility, opportunities to grow, customizable shifts, and a supportive team. Valid PSW certificate, CPR/First Aid, and health clearances required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Personal Support Worker Certificate.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Vulnerable Sector Screening or willingness to obtain one.
• Negative TB test and chest X-ray.

Responsibilities

• Assist with morning and evening care routines.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping to ensure a comfortable home environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist clients with ambulation, outings, and errands.
• Support with medication reminders and basic health tasks.
• Follow and update care plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and charting.
• Help clients manage daily activities with care and dignity.
