Job summary

Qualicare Etobicoke-Vaughan is seeking compassionate Personal Support Workers to join our home care team. You will perform personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, companionship, and transport assistance under supervision of the Care Coordinator.

Qualifications

• PSW certificate or equivalent; foreign-trained nurse or nursing student accepted.
• CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain.
• Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray as required.
• Ability to travel within the service area.
• Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain.
• Access to Internet or a mobile phone.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with personal care and hygiene.
